About the Role
As an Intake Specialist, you will conduct initial client intake calls in both English and Spanish, gather essential case details, and maintain accurate case notes in the firm's management system. You will establish trust with clients and guide them through the intake process while responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
About You
Required:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client intake.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to actively listen to clients.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Tech savvy and good typing skills.
