About the Role
As an Intact Family Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting safety, wellbeing, and permanency for assigned families. Your duties will include conducting assessments, developing service plans, attending meetings related to the families, and ensuring quality service coordination. You will also monitor the safety of children/youth through regular visits and maintain comprehensive case files.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
- 2 years of social service experience.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in social work or a related field.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- LCSW or LCPC licensure.
