About the Role
As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will participate in a comprehensive sales training program that combines online classes with hands-on field training. You will manage your local territory, conduct in-person meetings with business owners, and present insurance solutions to groups of employees. Your responsibilities include utilizing Salesforce CRM for lead generation, responding to client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and building a client portfolio while collaborating with your sales team manager to meet sales targets.
About You
Required:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections quickly.
Active Drivers License and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain).
Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
Preferred:
Prior sales experience.
Background in competitive sports, coaching, athletics, or competitive leagues.
