About You
- Two-plus years of experience in adult learning, instructional design, or a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline for creating interactive and gamified learning experiences.
- Strong understanding of gamification principles and experience in designing e-learning modules.
- Strong technical and creative writing skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Master's degree in Instructional design technology, education, communication, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience using AI tools for writing and video creation.
- Familiarity with compliance programs such as GDPR, ISO27001, SOX, SOC 2, and PCI.
- Knowledge of Information Security.
