About the Role
As an Inpatient Hospitalist Night/WEO Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and providing direct patient care services. You will work closely with physicians to enhance patient care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and maintain comprehensive patient records. The role also includes ordering laboratory studies, explaining procedures to patients, and participating in multidisciplinary rounds.
About You
Required:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Master's degree in Nursing, OR graduate of an accredited Physician Assistants program with current license for the Georgia State Composite Board.
- Licensed Physician Assistant in the State of Georgia or Licensed for Advanced Practice Nursing (ACNP/FNP). Updated NCCPA certification for PAs. BLS and ACLS required.
