About You
- Enrolled in a university in the US, pursuing a MS or PhD degree in a relevant field.
- Educational preparation or applied experience in Data Science, NLP, Bioinformatics, Genomics, Computer Science, or related quantitative disciplines.
- Intermediate proficiency in computational skills and experience building workflows in Python, with familiarity in AWS SageMaker.
- Strong proficiency in predictive modeling and understanding of theory, modeling strategies, and limitations.
- Experience applying machine learning and deep learning algorithms to text, protein sequences, and genomic data.
- Experience writing and deploying pipelines in a cloud environment.
- Strong communication skills to present complex analyses clearly to teams and stakeholders.
