As an Infrastructure Software Administrator I, you will provide operational insights during planning and architecture processes, research and resolve software issues, maintain and manage infrastructure software, and coordinate application security access. You will also verify maintenance on operating systems and hardware, use scripting and programming languages for support tasks, and identify system improvements.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent related experience.
Minimum of two years experience with Unix, Linux, Solaris, or Windows Application support.
Familiarity with computing infrastructures, including Data Security, Help Desk, Operations, Network Computing, Data Base and Application Development.
Knowledge of Unix, Linux, Solaris, and Windows Operating System fundamentals, system virtualization techniques and products, system design, administration, and scripting languages.
Ability to effectively communicate and clarify technical issues to software suppliers and business representatives.
Strong problem analysis, determination, and resolution skills.
Excellent teamwork, communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills.

Preferred:

Knowledge of multiple infrastructure software applications.
