Summary
Delphi is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves owning and extending the infrastructure for the creation of Delphis and writing critical application code for backend services.
About the Role
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the backend stack primarily built on Python, Postgresql, ECS, FastAPI, Lambda, Redis, and S3. Your tasks will include ensuring the scalability and extensibility of the infrastructure, as well as developing application code for backend services.
About You
Required:
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of networking.
- Strong experience with Python.
- Strong experience with databases and caching.
- Containerization experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with designing and standing up extensible and scalable infrastructure.
- IAM/Access Control configuration experience, CloudFormation/Terraform (IaC).
- Familiarity with SQS/SNS Pub Sub.
- Understanding of basic security principles such as least privilege.
