Gensyn is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves supporting the development, deployment, and observability of their mainnet and internal products.
About the Role
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will manage observability and deployments for a complex, distributed system, oversee CI/CD and build pipeline infrastructure, and author and maintain internal developer support tools.
About You
Required:
Strong proficiency in Golang (Go) for backend and infrastructure tooling.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
Experience deploying large scale workloads to one or more cloud providers.
Experience monitoring and being on call for internal and external deployments.
Infrastructure as Code and GitOps expertise, Terraform preferred.
Preferred:
Experience working with Kubernetes, or an equivalent container orchestration solution.
Experience managing OTel, Prometheus, or other open source observability systems.
A high-degree of proficiency with Python, shell scripting, and Linux.
