- High school diploma.
- 2-4 years of direct or relevant experience with a degree or 4-6 years of direct or relevant experience without a degree.
- Experience supporting projects or portfolios valued at more than $51 million.
- A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working in both one-on-one and group settings.
