About the Role
As an Information Technology Instructor, you will develop and deliver effective training to help users navigate the firm’s technology tools and systems. You will troubleshoot application and hardware issues, work closely with IT teams and staff, and ensure smooth adoption of new tools while maintaining high client service standards.
About You
Required:
- College-level coursework in Information Systems Technology.
- Experience as a technical trainer with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
- Five years of hands-on PC experience with strong hardware and software knowledge.
- Thorough understanding of LAN/WAN and server concepts.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred:
- Recent, relevant certifications.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Law firm or professional services background.
