About the Role
As an Infant Program Supervisor, you will ensure a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment for infants. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging classrooms, supporting children's social and emotional development, and fostering a love of learning through structured programs. You will also build strong partnerships with families and contribute to the overall success of the educational environment.
About You
Required:
- CDA or EQUIT, Level 3 or higher in PDIS
- Previous experience working with infants
- Infant Program Supervisor qualification in Colorado
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and a nurturing demeanor
