About the Role
About You
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- State licensure: Licensed Master’s Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Limited-Licensed Psychologist (LLP), or Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP).
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in individual and group psychotherapy using cognitive behavioral techniques under clinical supervision.
- Proficient in the use of electronic health records (EHRs) and Microsoft Office products.
- Valid and unrestricted Michigan Driver's License.
- Infant Mental Health endorsement and/or credentials through the Michigan Association for Infant Mental Health.
- Prior experience working with all age groups including children; solution-focused brief therapy; substance abuse and co-occurring disorders treatment.
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory role.

CNS Healthcare (CNS) is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) with seven clinics and three clubhouses in Southeastern Michigan. CNS employs approximately 400 employees, paraprofessionals, and support staff, delivering services to more than 7,000 people annually.
