About the Role
As an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations of assigned classes, planning and evaluating educational activities, and communicating with parents about their children's progress. You will work in a nurturing environment that supports the development of children aged 6 weeks to 2 years.
About You
Required:
- Associate or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience in a classroom setting.
- At least 1 year of experience working with infants/toddlers aged 6 weeks to 2 years old.
- Ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members.
- Dependable, reliable, and adaptable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
- Experience in developing weekly lesson plans.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with handling children.
