About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Process Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing blow molding machines, ensuring safety and quality throughout your shift. Your daily tasks will include setting up and troubleshooting machines, monitoring the molding process, inspecting finished products, and identifying areas for improvement in production efficiency. You will also report any safety concerns to Plant Leadership and perform other duties as required.
About You
Required:
- Prior experience in blow molding and maintenance.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of plant safety guidelines and ability to pass safety training.
- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to report issues.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in related processes such as injection molding or extrusion blow molding.
