ExpertCare is seeking an In Home Caregiver to join their team in West Bloomfield Township, MI. The role involves providing 1:1 support to Recipients in their homes, focusing on skill building and community engagement.
About the Role
As an In Home Caregiver, you will work closely with Recipients to support and encourage them in their daily activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with skill building activities and facilitating community involvement to help them achieve personal goals. This position requires working afternoon hours during the week and some weekends.
About You
Required:
- Compassionate and reliable demeanor.
- Ability to work 1:1 with clients.
Preferred:
- Experience in caregiving or related fields.
- Knowledge of mental health support strategies.
