Great Oak Senior Care, Inc. is seeking an In-Home Caregiver to join their team in Edina, MN. The role involves supporting seniors with daily living activities and companionship to help them age comfortably and safely in their own homes.
About the Role
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing light housekeeping, meal preparation, bathing, grooming, toileting support, medication reminders, companionship, transportation, and dementia care. You will work flexible hours, with shifts available during the day, evening, and overnight, ensuring that seniors receive the care they need.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
- Pass a background and DMV check.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Completion of a 2-Step TB Test (Mantoux).
Preferred:
- Dementia care experience.
