About the Role
As an IAM Analyst, you will manage user identities, roles, and access rights across systems and applications. Your responsibilities include monitoring access logs, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborating with IT and security teams, performing audits of access rights, and assisting with compliance efforts related to HIPAA and PCI. You will also troubleshoot IAM-related issues and enforce IAM rules and workflows.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on identity and access management.
- Familiarity with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, or similar).
- Basic understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, NIST).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Certified Identity and Access Manager).
