About the Role
As an Iceguard, you will monitor the arena area to prevent accidents, assist participants and patrons, enforce ice arena rules, and maintain cleanliness. Responsibilities include reporting incidents, controlling ice flow during injuries, and performing cleaning duties as directed. You will also learn to sharpen skates and patch holes in the ice, while ensuring regular attendance and carrying out assigned responsibilities.
About You
Required:
- Ability to skate proficiently.
- Dependable, conscientious, alert, and even-tempered.
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service.
- Ability to handle emergencies and altercations effectively.
