About the Role
As an I-FAST Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing organizational policies, coordinating projects, managing office operations, and serving as a point of contact for stakeholders. Your tasks will include calendar management, preparing presentations, tracking program information, and coordinating special projects. The position requires travel throughout the IFAST service area up to 25%.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Three years of experience in a nonprofit administrative management environment.
- Ability to learn and maintain expert knowledge of Intensive Services for Youth and Families guidelines.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Access to reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Experience working with community-based organizations.
- Demonstrated cultural awareness.
- Proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, and other software.
