Summary
Jobot is seeking Hybrid Structural Engineers for multiple roles and locations. This position offers an opportunity to work with a well-established engineering firm on various exciting projects.
About the Role
As a Permanent Structural Engineer, you will design, plan, and oversee the construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include conducting feasibility studies, writing reports, creating blueprints, and ensuring projects are executed safely and efficiently. You will collaborate with architects and other professionals, use engineering software for detailed designs, and resolve design and development problems to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
About You
Required:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering is a must, with a master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certification as an Engineer in Training (EIT) or Engineer Intern (EI) is required.
- Proven experience in land development and site development.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and building codes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using engineering software.
Preferred:
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus.
- A commitment to continuing professional development.
