About the Role
As an HVAC Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering prompt and effective customer service, maintaining professionalism in all interactions, and building strong relationships with customers and vendors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, design and deliver training, provide technical support to dealers, manage warranty claims, and maintain technical documentation.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HVAC or related functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.
Preferred:
- 2-year degree or certificate in HVAC or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems and related functions.
