About the Role
As an HVAC Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing issues with refrigeration units, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. You will read and interpret blueprints, conduct regular checks, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with internal and external teams. Additionally, you will install and troubleshoot HVAC systems, perform routine maintenance, and assist with other facilities and maintenance duties as assigned.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years experience in HVAC, refrigeration or equivalent role.
- Valid state refrigeration license/certificate.
- Completion of HVAC or refrigeration coursework and/or training.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working within food manufacturing or related.
- Previous millwright, electrical or general maintenance experience considered an asset.
- Forklift training considered a bonus.
