About the Role
As a Human Services Provider Program Coordinator I, you will implement and assess behavioral health treatment programming, provide treatment updates, and assist with psychological test administration. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and to develop and monitor program goals and quality controls.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field from an accredited institution.
- One year of experience providing and/or developing person-centered care plans for individuals with intellectual disabilities or co-occurring disorders.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of active treatment programs and their implementation procedures.
- Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively with staff and individuals.
