About the Role
As a Human Resources Representative, you will oversee HR functions within your program, manage payroll activities, ensure compliance in record-keeping, provide policy guidance, execute onboarding processes, and handle employee grievances. You will also monitor employee performance and contribute to cultural development within the organization.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of an Associate's degree with one year of Human Resource experience or a high school diploma/GED with four years of HR experience.
- Familiarity with HR-related software platforms, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience in conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate program services.
