About the Role
As a Human Resources Representative - Benefits Specialist, you will perform professional and technical duties related to the administration of health and welfare benefits. Your responsibilities will include managing open enrollment, serving as a primary contact for benefit-related inquiries, onboarding new providers, and conducting new hire orientations. You will also maintain accurate records, conduct retirement meetings, and participate in the Healthcare Coalition.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and two (2) years' experience in the administration of benefits and leave management.
- OR five (5) years' experience in the administration of benefits and leave management.
- OR an acceptable combination of education and experience as determined by the Director.
Preferred:
- Experience with healthcare, dependent care FSA, FMLA, and disability programs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Starting pay of $23.84 hourly, increasing with tenure.
