About You
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business management, organizational development or equivalent.
- At least five years of human resources generalist or industrial relations experience.
- Previous experience developing and conducting safety activities and training in a manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual; English and Spanish required.
