- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and/or 10+ years of progressive Human Resources management experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, employee relations, compensation, and multi-state employment and labor law interpretation.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
- 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
