About the Role
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, support employee engagement initiatives, coordinate recruitment efforts, maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws, and assist with training and development programs. You will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and support frontline teams in hospitality and manufacturing settings.
About You
Required:
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, hospitality, or multi-site environments.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Ability to travel between Montauk, Blue Point, and Detroit sites as needed.
