About the Role
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing coaching and HR expertise to support team and business objectives. Your key responsibilities include leading employee relations initiatives, analyzing organizational data to identify workforce challenges, designing programs to enhance employee experience, and supporting key lifecycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in employee relations and HR management.
Preferred:
- Experience with HR data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
