This role requires a strong partnership with HR support teams to deliver effective employee support and maintain a positive organizational culture.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR related field, and/or relevant work experience in addition to HR certification or in pursuit of.
- Proven work experience in an HR function.
- Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage employee relations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong project management skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience with requisite competencies.
