About the Role
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will assist in the recruitment process, maintain employee records, support payroll preparation, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations. You will also help coordinate employee training programs, assist in resolving employee inquiries, and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
About You
Required:
High School Diploma
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
Experience with Paylocity
Preferred:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of HR software (e.g., Paylocity, Employee Navigator)
Familiarity with HR-related legal requirements and best practices
