About the Role
As an HSE Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a safety culture, managing EHS compliance, leading incident investigations, and coordinating employee training. You will collaborate with local leadership to execute regulatory requirements and maintain documentation. Your role will also include managing contractor safety efforts and participating in EHS audits and inspections.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in EHS required.
- 3-5 years EHS experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of EHS compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with progressive EHS cultures and safety leadership.
- Aptitude for organization, prioritization, and managing multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel for training and support of multiple facilities.
