About the Role
As an Associate District Manager, you will grow business within a protected territory by implementing a top-down sales strategy, turning prospects into loyal clients through relationship building and solution selling, deepening relationships across ADP by cross-selling, and collaborating daily as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador while maintaining high ethical standards.
About You
Required:
- Upbeat, persistent self-starter with ability to cold call without fear of rejection.
- Experience carrying a quota in outside business-to-business sales with a proven track record of closing sales and managing client relationships.
- Ability to manage time well, prioritize deliverables, and multitask effectively.
- Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results-driven environment or equivalent military experience demonstrating teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust-building skills.

- Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
