About the Role
As an HR Support (FMLA/Leave mgmt), you will provide recruitment and hiring support, participate in recruiting activities, assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, manage leave program administration, and maintain HR documentation. You will work closely with internal customers to ensure compliance with leave policies and provide guidance on leave programs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or comparable years of experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates or leave administration.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with applicant tracking systems or other HR information systems.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Excel, with effective oral and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- SHRM, HRCI, or other industry-related certifications.
- Experience with Cornerstone, Infor, and BMC Remedy.
