About the Role
As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating selection processes, maintaining the Affirmative Action Planning system, ensuring compliance with federal contractor requirements, processing HR-related forms, and managing employee benefits. You will also handle attendance tracking, assist with unemployment claims, and support various facility functions including employee recognition and safety events.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of three years general administrative human resources experience.
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
Preferred:
- College degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience with SAP or other HRIS systems.
- Prior work experience in a non-union, multi-shift manufacturing environment.
