About the Role
As the HR Business Unit Manager, you will be a key member of the HR Business Execution team, responsible for supporting the US Personal Banking and Wealth HR functions. Your responsibilities will include leading communications strategies, managing HR project initiatives, overseeing data analysis and financial management, and ensuring compliance with risk management protocols. You will serve as a primary delegate to the Head of Business Execution and act as a central point of contact for senior HR advisors.
About You
Required:
- 8-10+ years of progressive work experience in HR or related fields.
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in communications or marketing.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with senior executives.
