Summary
Tandym Group is seeking a senior HR Business Partner to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves collaborating with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and organizational effectiveness.
About the Role
As a senior HR Business Partner, you will partner with Global Technology & Operations leadership to execute a defined people strategy, use employee data analytics to refine strategies, provide coaching to managers, support workforce and succession planning, and lead immigration case management. You will also collaborate with other People & Culture teams to achieve departmental goals.
About You
Required:
- At least 8 years' experience supporting enterprise-wide corporate functions.
- Employee Relations experience, particularly in engaging with and coaching managers.
- Solid understanding of implementing Learning & Development initiatives.
Preferred:
- Workday experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in media, especially media technology, strongly preferred.
