Your responsibilities will include communicating rights and responsibilities under the Landlord-Tenant Act, providing procedural assistance, conducting mediations, performing presentence investigations, and enforcing court orders. You will also conduct field visits, document supervision in an electronic case management system, and provide outreach and resources to clients.
