About the Role
As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for cleaning, washing, polishing, sanitizing, deodorizing, and disinfecting all areas and items in the facility. You will ensure that work areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner, free of hazardous objects, and that all equipment and supplies are properly stored. Following cleaning schedules and ensuring that supply carts are cleaned and stored is also part of your duties.
About You
Required:
- Completion of elementary education or ability to read, write, and follow directions in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and personnel.
Preferred:
- Ability to remain calm under stress.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking.
