About the Role
As a House Manager, you will supervise, mentor, and coach direct care staff to ensure treatment goals are met. You will assist in the hiring and training of staff, manage budgets, oversee medication dispensing, and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Additionally, you will engage individuals in effective treatment activities and facilitate communication between families and treatment teams.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of HS Diploma with at least 2 years of related supervisory experience.
- Valid NYS Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to complete all training including Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention (SCIP) and perform a physical restraint.
Preferred:
- Willingness to respond to the needs of a culturally diverse population.
- Ability to deal positively with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
