About the Role
As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and maintaining an organized and efficient front desk. Your daily tasks will include guest reception, reservations management, phone management, seating coordination, member and guest relations, service support, and creating a positive atmosphere.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and basic computer skills.
Preferred:
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for members and guests.
- Understanding of the nuances of high-end hospitality and the importance of attention to detail.
- Strong leadership qualities to train and mentor team members, ensuring consistency in service standards.
- Experience in handling reservations and managing high-volume phone lines with professionalism.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with guests, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and adapt to the dynamic needs of the club.
