About the Role
As a Hospital Liaison, you will coordinate admissions and communication to maintain continuity of care, generate and manage referrals from hospitals, and collaborate with various teams to drive daily admissions. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and updating CRM dashboards, responding to incoming referrals, and participating in business development initiatives to grow market exposure.
About You
Required:
- GED or High School Diploma with 2 years of experience.
- Ability to meet health assessment requirements regulated by the state.
Preferred:
- Associate degree in healthcare, business, or similar with 1 year of experience.
- Strong initiative, patience, compassion, self-motivation, and solution-oriented mindset.
