About the Role
As a Hospice Volunteer, you will be responsible for offering companionship through friendly visits, reading, conversation, or playing music. You will also provide caregiver relief through respite visits, participate in bereavement support, assist with administrative tasks, and document visit notes and time logs accurately.
About You
Required:
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to pass background check and health screening (TB test, etc.).
- Completion of required hospice volunteer training.
