About the Role
As a Hospice Chaplain, you will be responsible for delivering transformative spiritual care experiences, assessing religious and spiritual needs, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure the spiritual needs of patients and families are met. You will also develop and participate in spiritual care programs and facilitate the inclusion of faith leaders in care provision.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Theology, Religion, Spiritual Care or Spirituality, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 to 3 years of Spiritual Care experience, including CPE training.
Preferred:
- Chaplaincy or Spiritual Care ministry experience.
- Current or recent hospice field experience.
- Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) via APC, CASC, NACC, or NAJC.
