About the Role
As a Hospice Care Consultant, you will assist the Executive Director in establishing volume projections, initiate marketing initiatives, conduct market assessments, and maintain relationships with referral sources. You will educate facilities and the community about hospice benefits, provide leadership in strategic planning, support the care team in the field, and ensure compliance with agency goals.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least two years of experience in health care marketing, preferably in hospice care.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn job-specific software systems.
- Demonstrated organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience in developing marketing plans and conducting market assessments.
- Knowledge of hospice care and related services.
