About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with progressive experience or Master’s degree.
- Licensed to practice as a physical therapist in Ohio.
- Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Current working knowledge of conditions of participation in home healthcare.
- Experience in home healthcare settings.
