About the Role
As a Home First CNA, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship. You will work closely with nurses to communicate changes in residents' conditions and maintain documentation. The position requires flexibility to float between campuses and work during weekdays and occasional weekends.
About You
Required:
- Active North Carolina CNA certification.
- Must have an active, unencumbered driver's license.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Preferred:
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience in home care or similar settings.
