About the Role

As a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for weekly rounding at assigned facilities, diagnosing patient conditions, performing medical procedures such as debridement, and documenting patient encounters in EMR. You will collaborate with facility clinical staff and facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals as necessary. The position offers flexible scheduling with no evenings, weekends, or call.

About You

Required:

APRN or PA-C certification.
Active, unrestricted state medical license.
DEA license.
Valid driver license.

Preferred:

Two years of experience as a Solo Practitioner.
Ability to build and maintain rapport with facility staff and patients.
High degree of technical skill utilizing software, including proficiency documenting EMR.
