About the Role
As a Certified HHA or PCA, you will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), help with dressing, bathing, hygiene, and mobility, provide medication assistance, perform light housekeeping tasks, monitor and document changes in residents' conditions, and collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality resident care.
About You
Required:
- Valid New York State HHA or PCA Certification required at time of hire.
Preferred:
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.
- Physical ability to perform essential job duties (reasonable accommodations considered).
